If you have a Minnesota address, shipping is FREE! If you live anywhere else in the continental US, you'll pay a small shipping fee that varies slightly with the weight of your order.

Typically, we ship out freshly-roasted coffee beans on Mondays.

If you place an order on Wednesday through Sunday, you'll most likely receive your coffee within 3-5 business days. If you order on a Monday or Tuesday, you'll receive it in 5-8 business days.

Yes! Any unopened bags of coffee or unused merchandise can be returned to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Email hello@kindercoffeelab.com for more information.

Login to your account to manage your subscription. Here you can do a handful of things including updating your details, choosing the amount of bags you get each month, or cancelling your subscription.

We'd be happy to do that for you! Just email us at hello@kindercoffeelab.com.

Or if you like to do things on your own, simply cancel your subscription and start a new one with your desired roast.

As long as you're subscribed!

You'll pay for—and receive—your first month's supply of coffee immediately when you start a subscription. Then, an order will automatically be placed on the same date of each following month that you're subscribed.

Example: If you order coffee on June 12, an order will automatically be placed on July 12, August 12, September 12, etc.
