If you have a Minnesota address, shipping is FREE! If you live anywhere else in the continental US, you'll pay a small shipping fee that varies slightly with the weight of your order.

Typically, we ship out freshly-roasted coffee beans on Fridays. If you place an order by Wednesday, you'll most likely receive your coffee before the end of the week (if you're a Minnesota resident) or early the following week.

Yes! Any unopened bags of coffee or unused merchandise can be returned to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Email hello@kindercoffeelab.com for more information.

Login to your account to manage your subscription. Here you can do a small handful of things including updating your contact details or cancelling your subscription. More functionalities are coming later in the year!

Or if you like to do things on your own, simply cancel your subscription and start a new one with your desired roast.

You'll pay for‚ÄĒand receive‚ÄĒyour first month's supply of coffee immediately when you start a subscription. Then,¬†an order will automatically be placed¬†on the¬†same date¬†of each following month that you're subscribed.

Example: If you order coffee on June 12, an order will automatically be placed on July 12, August 12, September 12, etc.
